BIOGRAPHICAL
Tim is 52 years old and has been in the general practice of law since October 6, 1989 (19 years), primarily as a trial lawyer. Prior to that Tim was involved in real estate management and the transportation industry.
Tim is a general practitioner with experience in the areas of family law, personal injury, criminal law, worker’s compensation, class actions, transport licensing, collections, real estate transactions and social security.
Tim has also done work at the appellate level in the First, Fourth and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeal.
Tim has also conducted a continuing legal education seminar teaching other lawyers about the jurisdiction and operation Justice of the Peace Courts.
Tim is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Greater Covington Bar Association and the Louisiana Justice of the Peace and Constables Association.
